I requested a withdrawal on March 16. It has now been over 4 weeks, and my withdrawal is still stuck in the initial "review" stage, without any explanation or progress. The Casinia’s website promises processing within 5 business days, but this clearly isn’t the case.

I have contacted their support repeatedly, and all I receive are empty promises, no deadlines, no updates, no answers. They are ignoring my requests, and deliberately delaying the withdrawal. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable for a casino that holds a decent rating on your platform.

A legitimate casino should never treat its players this way. If Casinia continues to ignore this matter, I believe their rating on Casino Guru should be reconsidered, as their behavior does not match the standards of a trustworthy casino

  • Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly?
  • Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus?
  • When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

  1. My account has not been verified. No verification was ever requested, and during all my contacts with support, it was never mentioned that verification was required. But there is no issue, I can complete verification any time if needed.
  2. I received a deposit bonus during registration, but I fully completed the wagering requirement, and the bonus was successfully converted into real money before I requested the withdrawal.
  3. My last contact with Casinia support was on April 5 or 6. Just like in all my previous chats, they told me that everything is ok with my withdrawal and I should just wait little bit more, and that they had forwarded my request to the financial department and asked them to speed up the process because I’ve already been waiting far too long.

I asked them for a clear timeframe, but they said they could not provide one, only that they hope it would be processed soon.

I’ve heard the same message at least three times already, so I waited a few more days again — and still, no progress, no change. So, that’s why I’m here.
