In my experience, this is one of the lesser Dama casinos. The website prominently advertises a temporary 150% first deposit bonus, so I deposited using the code (screenshot provided), but no bonus was credited.
You'd think, like in 99% of Dama stores, the live chat would sort this out, but unfortunately, the agents weren't aware of the promotion at first (I then sent them the link to their own website) and, despite the promo code, didn't know about the bonus. They forwarded my request to "the specialists," and so now they've been waiting for half a day without any response for this bonus to be added, something that normally takes a minute. When I inquired, they simply said they hadn't received any response yet.
I would understand if it were a small casino with little experience, but I find it unacceptable that a proven provider and a house that has been in existence for years cannot solve something like this in a short time or that the agents can't do it, especially if you are advertising a promotion that doesn't work and your own agents aren't familiar with it.
