This Casino's buisness model is criminal. For starters the slots don't pay out. And worse than that if you do win and try to withdraw funds the money will simply be returned to your account with some bogus excuse. "We kindly ask you to check the clearing number" I know my acc number and to say I got it wrong twice is absolutely not possible I checked it and double checked It. The second time I didn't realise that the money had been put back in my acc. I was in a tapping frenzy and just thought I'd had a win. Do not waste your money here. The bonuses are also very limited and very few.

There are indeed a lot of poorly organized Hollycorn casinos; in my opinion, this one is among the better half. I was very surprised by the reviews, but can't say anything bad. I only made one deposit and received a great offer via email: a 200% bonus with a very low 15x wagering requirement. When the bonus wasn't credited, the chat asked me if I had two accounts with email address xyz. I honestly answered that this was my girlfriend and we live separately, which doesn't violate the terms and conditions. The bonus was credited without further discussion, the KYC documents were verified overnight, and the winnings were transferred within an hour on Sunday.

Just the week before last, another casino canceled my winnings because I had already created an account there a long time ago using an old email address, which I never used. It's completely unfair that their system doesn't warn me, at least not when I make a deposit. I can only advise against playing here. At first glance, the casino makes an excellent impression. However, it quickly becomes clear, at the latest when you want to pay out, that this casino is a scam. I've already seen it in other casinos that the verification process or the payout process is drawn out. However, the extent to which this happens at Neospins.com is massive. I've been waiting for a payout for over two months now, and it keeps getting rejected for the same reason. Games are decent but payout to banks are ridiculous. Minimum 2 days for them just to APPROVE it. Then you’re looking at 1-3 days for the banks to transfer.
I’ve noticed if I win on Wednesday or Thursdays, they won’t bother doing the withdraw till the next week on Monday or Tuesday. In the hopes you’ll cancel the withdraw in which you are guaranteed to lose the whole lot.
All the account manager says is "thank you for your patience". I can hand the money in person to someone across the world and be home way before they can be bothered to click ok

Im trying to make withdrawal since 1 week but its getting rejected with some lame excuses. I opened a new account. I filled in my data and verified my e-mail address. I deposited 100 EUR, and after the payment the system automatically blocked my account. I have 100 EUR money stuck inside. Two days ago, they only promised that the relevant department would refund it.
I don't really understand why it's taking so long, maybe I should work in the finance department instead of drinking coffee. The administration is pathetically slow, and I am skeptical about whether I will get my money back.
